it's like TikTok/ Instagram reels. to be honest it's somewhat tolerable but very annoying. What makes YT annoying now besides that and the bots are "YT Games". if you ever played mobile games and stuck with terrible game ads. The terrible ads are the YT games.

I cannot speak for your target demographic, but I have been using 3rd party services to watch videos hosted on YouTube since around 2018 because their site was so bad. Chances are, your audience won't even be 'able' to notice those bots. ;)

I'm not much of a youtuber myself but I've noticed scrolling random videos on YouTube shorts, the trolling bots are present on there.
